What this policy covers
The Daily Longevity Bar for Dogs is sold as a subscription. That means it renews and charges automatically until you stop it. This page explains exactly what renews, when you are charged, what it costs, and how to skip, pause or cancel. It applies to subscription orders placed on leopluslou.com, operated by LEO+LOU.
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Norway, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates — see our Shipping Policy. All prices are in US dollars.
How it starts: the 7-day trial
You pay $6.90 today. That is shipping. The bar itself is $0 today, applied as an automatic discount at checkout. Your dog's full 30-bar welcome box ships to your door.
Your 7-day trial starts on delivery — not on the day you order. The 7 days are for your dog to try the bar and for you to decide whether the routine works.
Two things can happen next.
- You keep it. Do nothing. The subscription continues and the first product charge goes through (see below).
- It's a no. Cancel online within the 7-day trial. We will hold the scheduled charge and arrange free collection of the box.
If you keep it: what renews, when, and for how much
If you do not cancel during the trial, we charge the price shown for your dog's size 10 days after delivery — three days after the trial window closes. Your subscription then renews automatically every 30 days at the same price, until you cancel.
The $6.90 you paid at the start is a shipping fee. It is separate from the product price and is not deducted from your first charge.
Price by size
Your dog's size is matched when you order. The price that renews is the price for that size:

Each renewal delivers 30 daily bars in your dog's size. If your dog changes size, change the subscription in your account before your next charge so the right size and the right price apply.
When your next charge happens
- First charge: 10 days after your welcome box is delivered.
- Every charge after that: every 30 days.
- Where to check: your next charge date is shown in your account at /account.
Your first charge pays for the welcome box you already have. Every charge after that pays for the delivery that follows it. Canceling after a charge has gone through does not undo that charge; it stops the ones after it.
Skip, pause or cancel
You do it yourself, online, at any time. There is no phone queue and no retention call.
- Go to /account and sign in with the email you used to order.
- Open your subscription.
- Skip the next delivery, pause, change size or address, or cancel.
The deadline is your next charge. Skip, pause or cancel before your next charge date and that charge does not happen. A change made after the charge has been taken applies to the delivery after it.
Canceling stops future renewals. It does not remove the charge for a box you have already been charged for and kept. If you want to send the first box back, you have to cancel inside the 7-day trial — see the next section.
If you cancel during the 7-day trial
Cancel online within the 7-day trial and we hold the scheduled charge. To avoid the product charge, the box goes back to us:
- Return the remaining bars, the can and the welcome gifts. The bars your dog tried during the trial do not need to come back. Obviously.
- We arrange collection, and collection is free. You do not pay for the return.
- Hand the package to the courier within 14 days of cancellation. The deadline is for the collection, not for the parcel reaching us. Once the courier has it, a slow journey back is our problem, not yours.
If the package is not handed over within those 14 days, the held product charge for the box becomes payable.
If a payment fails
A renewal only goes out once its payment succeeds. If a charge fails — expired card, new card number, insufficient funds — we will email you, and the payment is retried a few times over the days that follow.
Update your card at /account. If payment keeps failing, the subscription can be cancelled and the delivery will not be sent.
If we change the price
The price you see when you subscribe is the price that renews. If we change it, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription, so you can skip, pause or cancel first. A new price never applies to a charge that has already been taken.
Shipping
We ship to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. The trial shipment costs $6.90 to a US address; to any other country it is calculated at checkout before you pay. Future subscription deliveries ship free.
Refunds
This policy explains how to stop charges before they happen. Money already charged is handled by our Refund policy, which applies to all refunds and returns outside the 7-day trial.
Other plans we may offer
The subscription above — 7-day trial, then a charge every 30 days — is what we sell today. If we run a different plan (for example a first box at $99 that renews at $198 every 90 days, with a 90-day money-back guarantee), its price, billing interval and renewal terms are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay, and those terms apply to that plan.
